Chris has worked in the water industry for over 7 years, gaining significant knowledge in pricing and economic regulation.

As an economist, Chris draws on his industry expertise to provide practical solutions to complex problems. His background provides for a unique insight to manage a diverse array of projects, utilising an analytical but holistic approach to ensure client objectives are achieved.

Prior to joining Aither in 2018 as a Senior Consultant, Chris was employed by Victoria’s independent economic regulator, the Essential Services Commission. During his time there, Chris played a key role in the delivery of the 2018 Water Price Review under its new customer-focused framework (PREMO). Chris also has an in-depth understanding of business needs having held several positions at Goulburn-Murray Water, where he worked closely with executive management in the development of tariff strategies and regulatory submissions.

Chris strives to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, recognising the importance of working collaboratively to successfully deliver industry-leading advice.
