Get to know Emma

Emma has a keen interest in responsible public policy and environmental management, bringing an analytical and critical style to her work.

Having worked across a range of projects, Emma’s experience includes strategic planning, business case development, MER frameworks, policy implementation and program evaluation. She has worked in local, national and international contexts across water, environmental and natural hazard management sectors.

Emma joined Aither in 2017 with a background in academic and consultant positions. She gained her skills in research and analysis as a Research Assistant at RMIT’s School of Science and as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Monash University. Prior to Aither, Emma was a Research Analyst at ACIL Allen Consulting in Melbourne, where she worked across industries including infrastructure, education, health and the energy sector.

Emma’s outgoing nature and commitment to building positive relationships shines through in her work. She values clear communication with clients and always has a project’s final audience in mind.
