Erin is an innovative and adaptable advisor with 12 years’ experience in management consulting, academia, and government. She has proven expertise in water markets and policy, natural resource management, and rural and regional change.

Serving as a Principal Consultant at Aither, Erin plays a major role in supporting water markets participants to develop water portfolio strategies based on the best available evidence and robust analysis. To every engagement, Erin brings an ability to quickly grasp the bigger picture and rapidly develop fluency across multiple contexts, while also executing at a tactical level to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.

Before joining Aither, Erin launched her professional services career at Advisian where she supported public and private sector clients with prioritising and planning investments, program evaluations and commercial reviews in the transport, environment and energy sectors.

Prior to that, Erin held a Post-doctoral Research position in the Sustainability Research Centre, University of the Sunshine Coast. She also holds a PhD from The University of Sydney. Her doctoral research focused on understanding the strategic importance of land and water assets to Victorian irrigators.
