As an analyst at Aither, Joshua’s strength lies in his ability to draw upon a suite of disciplines to consolidate high-level environmental policy and strategy with quantitative economic analysis. His experience in policy development and exposure to sustainability from an early age allow him to identify and address complex issues within the environment and water sectors.

Prior to working at Aither, Joshua undertook a policy development and engagement role at the Culture Bridge Institute, where he contributed to the development of best-practice solutions to cultural segmentation issues within the University of Melbourne. His academic pursuits have included an analysis of the effects of flow regime reversal and environmental flows in the Goulburn River, and a high-level economic review of Australian climate policy.

Joshua is driven by his desire to create value for his clients and broader society through integrated socio-economic and environmental management.
