Oliver is a recent graduate of a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Melbourne, with majors in Economics and Finance. Oliver joined Aither as he has strong interests and ideals in promoting and delivering sustainable and efficient outcomes for businesses, communities and the environment.

Oliver’s strengths lie in his ability to compile and review quantitative economic analysis with policy and strategy. His strong problem-solving skills enable him to evaluate problems and approach them using an organised and efficient approach leading to excellent outcomes for clients.

Prior to Aither, Oliver was at Grant Thornton where he worked to restructure businesses to streamline productivity and create value through creative reform. Past research undertaken by Oliver has included an analysis of the efficacy of large-scale water buybacks in the Murray-Darling Basin and economic analysis of environmental water implementation in the basin.

Oliver is diligent and charismatic in the workplace. As a result, he facilitates efficient collaboration enabling his colleagues to deliver transparent and effective projects to clients.
