Rebecca’s recognised expertise in ecology and natural resource management is complemented by a commitment to producing solutions that represent best environmental practice. Her experience in research, strategy, policy and on-ground implementation has resulted in her well-grounded perspectives and ability to convert theory into practice. With her background in designing and conducting ecological studies, Rebecca’s work is directed, systematic, objective and based on evidence.

Rebecca has over fifteen years’ experience in developing and applying monitoring and evaluation frameworks for informing natural resource improvement and adaptive management. Before joining Aither, Rebecca worked extensively with not-for-profits, government, community groups and researchers. She brings a highly analytical skill set to Aither with an ability to pull apart and evaluate cause and effect, identify the drivers of change, synthesise complex results and customise the output to suit the client’s required outcome.

Rebecca was raised in a close-knit rural community and has a genuine appreciation of natural resource and environmental issues within the regions. In her personal time, she values spending time with her family and hiking throughout the Mount Lofty Ranges, South Australia.
